Returns Policy

All products sold by Air Impurities Removal Systems, Inc. (“AIR Systems”) are brand new, unless otherwise indicated.  They are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards.

AIR Systems will, at its discretion, allow for the return of an Extract-All product within 30 days from the date of purchase.  This applies to systems and accessories only.  All filter media sales are final and non-returnable.  A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original packing with all accessories, and documentation, including manuals, warranties, and a copy of original purchase invoice. All packages are to be fully insured. 

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, call 800-236-1889, obtain an RMA number, and clearly write the number on the invoice copy enclosed. Please keep the RMA number and reference it when calling to check on the status of your return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to you.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. 

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $30.00 processing fee. 

Shipping costs or credit card fees are non-refundable.  They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

After 30 days all sales are final.
