Extract-All® Ultra Clean Negative Air Systems

The Extract-All ® Ultra Clean Negative Air systems are the ultimate room air cleaning systems. The Extract-All ® Ultra Clean Negative Air systems are designed to establish negative air pressure in a room or contained area to remove infectious disease or other hazardous materials and contaminants from the air. Extract-All ® Negative Air Machines meet OSHA and CDC guidelines. Extract-All® Negative Air Systems filter the air using HEPA or ULPA filtration in your environment and then remove the contaminated air through ductwork or flexible hose. Extract-All ® Negative Air Machines are designed to capture the COVID-19 virus.

Negative air machines are used for medical applications and isolation rooms and areas where work such as grinding, welding, mold removal, asbestos remediation, and building renovations are being conducted. The Extract-All ® Ultra Clean Negative Air systems are ideal for manufacturing and industrial applications, mold remediation projects, renovation projects, clean up after disasters, and medical containment applications.

The Extract-All ® Ultra Clean Negative Air system works by removing filtered air from a contained room, causing the area to stay under negative air pressure, keeping airborne contaminants from traveling to adjacent rooms and hallways and other areas. Non-contaminated filtered air will flow into the negative pressure room. Contaminated air is filtered and cleaned and then discharged out of the room through exhaust systems.

The Extract-All ® Ultra Clean Negative Air Cleaning units are the ultimate room air cleaning systems designed to remove at least 99.999% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, viruses, and any airborne particles with a minimum particle penetration size of 100 nanometers (0.1 µm). This unit with an ULPA filter is designed to capture the COVID-19 virus, which is in the .125 micron range.

Hospital ventilation systems are typically designed and engineered to handle a handful of negative air pressure rooms per unit for isolation purposes. Negative pressure rooms are particularly crucial when something like coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) strikes. The need for negative pressure rooms has increased during the pandemic to accommodate the increase in patients needing to be isolated. The Extract-All ® Ultra Clean Negative Air systems are being used by many healthcare systems nationally to increase capacity and to allow flexibility for hospitals and clinics.
