A little change makes everyone happy

Jack Alexander, Gayloise Little and Richard McKenzie are much happier workers these days. They are no longer breathing in harmful, nauseating fumes as they work. In fact, these three will tell you that not only are they happier, but they find it easier to concentrate on their jobs as well. So what is making the difference for these individuals as they operate on the Sea Wolf structures, you ask? Ron Mick is pleased to tell you it is the new Extract-All™ bench mount.

According to Ron, SICD purchased one brand new Extract-All™ on August 15, and the very next day he was hearing how well the new piece of equipment was working out: “It really does make a difference,” said Gayloise. “It’s much easier to see what I am working on now that I’m not competing with the smoke and smell.”

The Extract-All™ is a heavy duty, self-contained, re-circulating air cleaning system which captures air contaminants directly at the source and safely removes them before clean air is released into the room. The filtered air results in optimal working conditions and higher productivity in the workplace with lower costs in energy and housekeeping.

The Extract-All™ comes standard as a two stage filtration system designed to handle smoke, dust, and mist. The unique air cleaning system is designed for soldering, light welding, lab fumes and dust, cleaning solvents, heat bending, small grinding operations, paint and ink spraying, sanding operations, and wire stripping. Each Extract-All™ system comes with two sets of mounting brackets to attach easily to table or bench top, with filter extending above or below.

One of the unique features of the Extract-All™ is the self-supported, articulating extractor arms, which can be flared at one end to make a hood up to four and half inches in diameter or decreased to make a nozzle as small as two inches in diameter. The three inch diameter flexible arms are made of heavy duty chemical, abrasion, and heat resistant polypropylene with flame retardant characteristics.

The standard arms’ reach is expandable from 33 to 48 inches. Each model comes with two arms, plus a cap to close off the unused inlet, if only one arm is desired. This may sound like a mini-commercial for the tool, but Jack and Richard are quick to tell you how much they like working with the new air cleaning filtration system; “There’s no way I’d go back to working without it,” said Jack.
